The starting amount would be 30p per Kilowatt hour.

This is equivalent of the long standing fuel duty and will partially balance over the loss of revenue from that source as more vehicles are electric.

Needs addressing conceptually as fuel duty will continue to fall as more vehicles switch to electric and results in reduced Government revenue which must be addressed.

Long term, using technology and a change in hardware at homes or commercial organisations, a charge should be made when charging Electric Vehicles.
